What are your terms and conditions?
Payment: Payment
must be made in full before product is shipped. We accept visa, Master
Card, American Express, Money orders and checks. Purchase
orders may be accepted from established organizations. We do not ship
C.O.D.
Returns: Unused items may be returned for a refund
or exchange of purchase amount within 30 days, along with original
receipt. A return received after 30 days qualifies for a
merchandise credit only, minus a 25% restocking fee. After 60
days, a 50% restocking fee will be assessed. Shipping fees are
not refundable. No holiday items may be returned after the
holiday. Custom and special order items are not returnable.
We reserve the right to determine if an item has been used, making it
not returnable.
Claims: claims for broken, defective, or
incorrect shipments must be made within 10 days of receipt of
goods. Merchandise that is evidently damaged upon receipt should
not be accepted from the shipping carrier.
Shipment of goods: In stock items will be
shipped within 72 hours of receipt of order. Out of stock items
will be placed on backorder and ship when stock arrives. Please
call to check availability of items. Custom orders are shipped in 7 -21
days.
Custom Orders: A deposit of 50% of the total
order price is required to begin processing a custom flag or banner
order. Payment in full is required before shipping. Custom
flags, banners, attention flags, and imprinted items cannot be returned.
Special Orders: Items which we do not carry as a
regular stock item and are ordered specially for you must be paid in
full at the time of order. No returns or exchanges on special
order products.
Pricing: All product specifications and prices are subject change without notice.
How will you ship my order?
You will have the option of choosing your shipping method when you
check out. In some cases, we replace your choice with another carrier
service, always ensuring that the service will deliver within your
required time frame. We will not increase your shipping charges.
How much will shipping and handling
cost?
You can see your shipping costs from your shopping cart once you have entered your zip code.
Is there sales
tax?
Massachusetts residents will pay 5% sales tax on non-US
flags. Out-of-state customers, and Massachusetts residents
buying US flags will not be charged sales tax.
How soon will my order ship?
In most cases, your order will ship within 72 hours (3
business days). If, for any reason, there will be a delay
in shipping, we will let you know as soon as possible.
Can
I mix flag sizes for quantity discounts?
Yes! Our online system will not display correct "mixed
product" quantity discounts, however. If you are ordering
quantities of multiple sizes, call us at 1-800-472-3524.
What forms of payment
do you accept?
Currently we can accept VISA, Mastercard, American Express and purchase
orders online. If you wish to pre-pay, please call us at 1-800-472-3524.
What are U.S. Flag Manufacturing's
privacy policies?
U.S. Flag Manufacturing cares about your privacy. We will
not share your personal information, including name, address,
or email address with any 3rd-party without your permission.
You may occasionally receive mail from us regarding special
offers and promotions we think you may be interested in.
